About the Event
Registration: RSVP with ASCE LA-YMF and Registration with Friends of the Ballona Creek is required. You must also sign Friends of Ballona Creek's digital waiver and watch the instructional safety video before the event.
What to wear: Close-toed shoes are required! We recommend dressing in weather-appropriate layers that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty, along with a hat.
What to bring: Please bring your own full water bottle. There are no water fountains on site. Friends of the Ballona Creek will provide all other tools and supplies, but you are welcome to bring your own gloves and trash bags.
Arrive on time: Meet in the dirt parking lot behind Gordon's Market / Alka Water. Ecological reserve gates are locked during all Saltwater Marsh events and late arrivals will find themselves locked out.
